Workout like a ninja warrior with long Ninja Grips by Funky Monkey Bars that will build your wrist and forearm strength. Long Ninja Grips can be used to pull up and to swing when attached to a Funky Monkey Bar. Be warned, Ninja Grips are challenging and you’ll need to build your strength to become a master.

The long Ninja Grips come with four black straps and four hooks to attach the steel hooked grips directly to your Funky Monkey Bar.

Dimensions: Length 165mm x 55mm diameter, 380mm black straps and hooks.

Colour: Blue coated steel with black straps

Material: Steel Ninja Grips, covered with soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and hung from polyester straps with steel clips.

Load rating: 200kg in the swing frame, 130kg on the accessories bar.

Optional: Purchase the Ninja Grips Long Package that includes four ninja grips-long and the addition of four swing hooks to hold grips tightly in place when attached to the Accessories Bar also included in this package. The Ninja Grips Long Package can be attached to The Orangutan or The Gorilla.
