TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per email for all competitions held for Funky Monkey Bars in 2022.
2. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry is only open to residents of New Zealand.
4. Only entries that are submitted between 24 October 2022 and 20 November 2022 will be accepted.
5. The prize is one (1) ‘The Original’ Funky Monkey Bars set (including delivery) valued at $1,529. Includes 3 metre height-adjustable monkey bar frame, which can be added to in time. In the colour of your choice.
6. The prize draw will take place on 22 November 2022 at 70 Waikuku Beach Road, Rangiora 7473.
7. The winner(s) will be notified via phone and published on Funky Monkey Bars NZ Ltd.’s website. www.funkymonkeybars.co.nz by 25 November 2022.
8. The winner(s) will have until 1 December 2022 to claim their prize. After this period, if no prize has been claimed, a replacement winner will be drawn for the competition.
9. The redraw of the replacement winner(s) (should this be necessary) will occur at 10:00am, 2 December 2022 at 70 Waikuku Beach Road, Rangiora 7473. The replacement winner(s) will be notified in writing via email and will receive a phone call following the prize draw.
10. The replacement winner(s) (if required) will be published on Funky Monkey Bars NZ Ltd.’s website at: www.funkymonkeybars.co.nz
11. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years of age to be considered eligible for entry.
12. The prize will only be delivered within New Zealand (to the value of the prize as promoted) and the winner should allow up to 10 working days from date of claim for delivery of prize.
13. Prizes are neither redeemable nor transferable for cash.
14. Funky Monkey Bars NZ Ltd. do not accept responsibility for any unclaimed prize.
15. Employees of Funky Monkey Bars NZ Ltd. are ineligible to enter.
16. Funky Monkey Bars NZ Ltd. accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
17. By entering this competition, you are providing consent to Funky Monkey Bars NZ Ltd. to contact you by email and SMS for marketing and promotional purposes following this competition. You will always be given the option to opt out of receiving any further communication.
18. By entering this competition, you grant consent to Funky Monkey Bars NZ Ltd. to use, at any stage in the future, any photographic or video footage collected during the awarding of the prize.
